Company Profile

We are engaged in the business of providing engineering solutions to customers both in domestic and international market. Our Company has been in existence for over four decades and provides a wide range of products and services including manufacture of special welding consumables, wear plates and heavy engineering equipment for core industries and provide special and customized repairs and reconditioning services of heavy machinery and equipment.

We are also involved in trading of anti-wear powders and welding and cutting machinery. We provide super conditioning process at our manufacturing facilities, a surface treatment solution for machine components that greatly improves wear resistance, eliminates stress and increases their repair ability leading to extended life of industrial parts resulting in smoother functioning and economy in production costs. We have developed a synergistic system of forward integration whereby we manufacture special purpose electrodes and flux cored wires which are utilized for manufacturing wear resistance plates (commonly known as wear plates). These wear plates then become an integral part of majority of large industrial equipment which are made in our heavy engineering division are significant contributor in manufacturing of industrial equipment used in core industries like Cement, Steel, Power, Mining, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Sugar etc.

Mr. PRASHANT GARG

Chairman and Managing Director

MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford with focus in Strategy, M & A and Leadership. He earlier completed his B.E. in Industrial Engineering and was among the top rankers at Nagpur University. He developed a state-of-the-art production facility to manufacture sophisticated cement, power and steel plant equipment at Diffusion and also pioneered the concept of total wear solutions. He has driven the new innovations and added new product lines in the business.

Mr. AJAY JAIN

Director

B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, graduated in 1987. He is certified by the Theory of Constraints – International Certification Organization (TOC-ICO) and by Goldratt Schools as a TOC (Theory of Constraints) expert in the areas of Operations, Supply Chain, and Distribution and Project Management.

Ms. Aneeta Vijayakar

Director

Masters in Psychology from Nagpur University and a gold medalist in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bhavan’s Institute of Management. She is the proprietor and principal consultant of her HR firm named ‘Wizcorp’, which specializes in Psychometric Assessments & Corporate Training. The HR systems set up at Zulekha Healthcare Group at Sharjah and Dubai contributed in the organization being awarded the JCI accredition from USA and the Dubai Quality Award. Being a Soft Skills Trainer she has conducted programs for a number of organizations and is Principal Consultant with Al Fanar Human Resource Consulting Centre LLC. UAE. She was past president of Rotary Club of Nagpur Down Town, Trustee of Bar. Sheshrao Wankhede Memorial Trust and Member of Mohpa Education Society.

Dr. RENUKA GARG

Director

Dr Renuka Garg has completed her MBBS from Government Medical College Nagpur. She has completed her Diploma in Radio-diagnosis and Diplomate of National Board (DNB) . She has worked in the Bhopal Memorial Hospital & Research Center and Jawaharlal Nehru Cancer Hospital, Bhopal. She is currently working in Care Sonography Center and Doppler Clinic. Her expertise includes Women's sonography, Fetal medicine and Peripheral doppler study.

Mrs.CHITRA GARG

Director

Chitra Garg is the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Masters degree in Arts (Geography) from Agra University. She has been acting as a Director on the Board of our subsidiary company Diffusion Super Conditioning Services Private Limited since 1995 and is a Partner in Devi Kiran Advisory Services LLP. She has been associated with our Company since the past three decades as a shareholder and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s general administrative activities.

Mr. ANIL TRIGUNAYAT

Director

Anil Trigunayat is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Masters of Science (Physics) from Agra University and a Diploma in Foreign Services Programme from Oxford University. He was associated with the Government of India as an Ambassador of the Country and has been served in various capacities throughout his service and retired from service as India’s Ambassador to Libya and Jordan and High Commissioner to Malta in 2016. He is a Director on the Board of a public sector undertaking incorporated by the Ministry of Water Resources River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation of the Government of India.
