Mr. PRASHANT GARG, Director
MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford with focus in Strategy, M & A and Leadership. He earlier completed his B.E. in Industrial Engineering and was among the top rankers at Nagpur University. He developed a state-of-the-art production facility to manufacture sophisticated cement, power and steel plant equipment at Diffusion and also pioneered the concept of total wear solutions. He has driven the new innovations and added new product lines in the business.

B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, graduated in 1987. He is certified by the Theory of Constraints – International Certification Organization (TOC-ICO) and by Goldratt Schools as a TOC (Theory of Constraints) expert in the areas of Operations, Supply Chain, and Distribution and Project Management.

Masters in Psychology from Nagpur University and a gold medalist in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bhavan’s Institute of Management. She is the proprietor and principal consultant of her HR firm named ‘Wizcorp’, which specializes in Psychometric Assessments & Corporate Training. The HR systems set up at Zulekha Healthcare Group at Sharjah and Dubai contributed in the organization being awarded the JCI accredition from USA and the Dubai Quality Award. Being a Soft Skills Trainer she has conducted programs for a number of organizations and is Principal Consultant with Al Fanar Human Resource Consulting Centre LLC. UAE. She was past president of Rotary Club of Nagpur Down Town, Trustee of Bar. Sheshrao Wankhede Memorial Trust and Member of Mohpa Education Society.

Dr Renuka Garg has completed her MBBS from Government Medical College Nagpur. She has completed her Diploma in Radio-diagnosis and Diplomate of National Board (DNB) . She has worked in the Bhopal Memorial Hospital & Research Center and Jawaharlal Nehru Cancer Hospital, Bhopal. She is currently working in Care Sonography Center and Doppler Clinic. Her expertise includes Women's sonography, Fetal medicine and Peripheral doppler study.

LSN Diffusion for manufacturing Thermal Spray powders having production facility with over 2,500 metric tons/day of atomizing capacity available across water, gas and hybrid technologies.
